Quote templates

📝 Note: The quote templates feature is now offered through Document Builder. If Document Builder is fully configured on the marketplace, you can navigate to Document Builder, and the quote templates feature within it, through the user interface instead of a URL that you enter. See Document Builder.

You can create, edit, and manage PDF quote templates for every language a marketplace supports, to meet marketplace billing, localization, and branding requirements. You can configure default templates or use the native JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) editor and flexible template schema to edit the default templates with tailored layouts, text data, images, and formatting styles.

Shipping and items sub-total in quote PDFs

When quotes include physical products with shipping charges, quote PDFs can display items sub-total and shipping as separate amounts. Add the following tokens from the Quote pricing totals category to your quote template:

Token	Description
{{Items Subtotal}}	Product line items total, excluding shipping, taxes, and other non-item charges
{{Items Subtotal Unformatted}}	Unformatted items sub-total value
{{Shipping Fees Total}}	Shipping and handling charge for the quote
{{Shipping Fees Total Unformatted}}	Unformatted shipping fees total value

📝 Note: Quote Versions created before shipping was displayed separately do not include these values. PDFs show shipping only after shipping is configured on the marketplace and the quote template includes the new tokens.
